Cheap meh?? my business work with Shopping mall's tenant. 1U, IPC and curve didnt reduce their rent also... If you mean encorp strand and paradigm then I believe lah. haha

Sorry I own 1 eatery shop each in 1U, the curve, midvalley, and setia city mall. Maybe I don't know.

but srsly the malls arnd are in diff class when it comes to rental price. wld appreciate other ppl input on this: i was quoted rental in the single digits by meh. nego still possible. is this what most got?

if thts true, curve or one u rental drop will only be temporary, imagine once MRT coming to these 2 malls, the traffic there will be very interesting in the near future.
