Yup agree with iceman. The bulk purchase , flippers investors r the less worrying group.

Those that buy for own stays, freshgrad, yuppies that want to get out of the rental market r the one suffering. Plus they paying rent AND installment now due to no CCC to move in.

Most investors i know they have 4 holes but only got 2-3 lids to cover nia....

Yes they do look good from outside..with flashy car and watch and mobile phones....

Do u know how highly geared they are?

commercial SPA only win win for developer, never and ever beneficial to purchaser. Thats why loan tenure, ltv and % are always bad.

bro that method maybe applicable on the landed master title, but for high rise building how u going fix the pipe burst, water leaking, common area, lift, facilitt, surrounding area.....
