It is true from what I heard from an ex-finance guy from MEH. The promised fund from "mr low" didn't materialiase at last minute for the reason we all know, it further deteriorates their financial situation which was already tight before that. Another interesting gossip, he was supposed to be present at the afterparty of that famous party, but some US media started getting on him so he didn't turn up.

FACTS?

Even if no Mr Lim incident, owners has no CCC , cannot move in, cannot start renting, and had to start paying installment.And the CCC date is God-knows-when. Whatever it is Mr Lim or not, buyers are screwed, until they eventually get their CCC

Owners do want to hear something good. Do u have something good to deliver? Do MEH?

How likely MEH is going to abandon? Last I heard they got no money, then suddenly got gossip say they will get funding.

How many people will buy? How many bank will take unit/building without ccc as collateral?

Unless receiver is appointed, doubt bank will extend new facility to them to complete the project.

Abandon or not is hard to say la.

Take encorp residence for an example. The crane suddenly mia then a month later... the crane is back and the building is almost fully painted etc.

Guess we just see the final result lo. No point speculating so much alsp. Meanwhile just look for dead chciken here in EC 😄

So it is like testing holding power. those bulk purchase investors with many commitment sure very tough for them..

Those bulk purchase investors are mostly if not all have made $ from property flipping years ago, have silver and gold mountain backing. To them, the longer they hold, the higher the asking price will be, is the last of anyone concern.

By the time they sell their first unit, may be just in time for their waiting list watch to arrive else they need to pay above list price for the watch.
