just saw a 1.++ mil range rover displayed in the developer owner list of expensive cars....is like every month got new stock
what happen to their buyer's money?? people are paying every month for nothing...... to sponsor their exaggerate lifestyle?
kesian their buyers!!!!! hope nobody buy from them anymore

such a pity the great megamall that was so hyped now got all this busuk news.

As long as they can complete the whole project and bring in the proposed tenants, everything will be forgotten.

i saw in iproperty there is a hotel in project and they selling it.
they selling time share or service apartment with hotel service?

wonder what will be the tenants's reaction after heard all this busuk news?

The developer might go bust. But I believe EC (Or change name) will stay despite the delays in completion cause this piece of development is sitting on prime location.

Other developers might be interested to take over if the 'lelong' price is attractive.

Now MyEG also in tantrums as their lease at First Avenue is due on March but their new office is not yet ready. So if BU don't want to extend their lease, MyEG will be homeless for awhile...

My sales person told me that after cny, developer allowing the mall tenant to kick start the renovation work. And open in Sept 2016. Hopefully no more delay

When is CCC?

From the pic i seen, impossible happened inside empire city since the whole thing done but yet to complete...the pic show empty land beside penchala link....

It's not inside but that flyover is for the access to/from EC. So it is related to the development

wow, big risk for the tenants, during these period might have a lot of pipe burst , sewerage burst, leaking & other surprice issues...al lthe reno material might spoiled anytime....

and the CCC date still unknown, if dev unable to get the mall CCC in 2016, all the tenant sure rugi kau kau....
