I notice this EMPIRE company build a lot empire-empire (empire subang, remix, city, damansara, etc)......all mostly SOHO-SOHOssss...

i think tenant demand higher than landlord now. i got 2 good freind agent there complaint got tenant offer 1.2k but landlord demand 1.3 - 1.5k.else dont rent. So very hard to close the deal.
also got african offer up to 1.5k but none of landlord willing to rent

300sqf is 1 person still ok... 2 ppl a bit tight already

I hope im kidding too, you can ask around the buyers for ED, you will even need to bare for the maintenance fess, eletricity n water once they handover the key when with the condition of you cant move in to live yet....

  Received letter from Empire demanding to collect VP but to me it's too pushy.
1) Must settle almost 4k in order to make appointment to collect keys. Collect keys need 7 days in advance so left 1 week for me to settle the 4k.

2) Of the 1 week available, due to snail mail from developer which was sent on 25th, basically I presume reach within 3 days, left 4 days for me to make payment and minus weekend left 2 days to execute only la?

3) If I don't response or collect keys within 14 days of the letter which is 25th, it's presumed that I've collected the VP and developer is not liable for the loss or damages to the property. Wow!

4) I can't move in due to no CCC and how long?

I must ask is this normal?
Any lawyer or sifus can enlighten me ?

People should pay more attention and get more knowledge before sinking their hard earned money into soxo.....which is not the same procedures and protection under hda and resi title......
And know who is the deeveloper as well.

Development like summer suites and sunrise who is a responsible developer....perhaps everything willl be hanky dory......even if its soxo....
