Do you know that one of the major Malaysia Retail Group - JERASIA Capital Berhad has confirmed to open TEN outlets in upcoming EMPIRE CITY Shopping Centre? We are surprised since last year that JERASIA is rapidly expanding their territory in local market.

Lol this mall tenancy already very high..expect 90% by opening.. all very good tenants, other malls like 1U sure affected..

Yes, i agree with u.. their facade n design is good but horrible when u are inside.. u bought the units right beside the mall ah?

I bought the Marriot hotel block. Not really know it's beside the mall or not..bought about 18 months back and leave it even the party of century also don't go..lol

Am totally can't remember what I had exactly bought. Only remember is Marriot hotel block high floor not facing LDP. Size around 400sf+-. Price and package forgot. But at their office at empire subang about 1 and half year back.

I bought end of 2012. Very high floor. Level 39. Lol
But they have lot diff sizes shd be more than 10 types. Maybe urs are slightly bigger?
