I have always been very interested with the soho concept at empire subang. But I missed both the Empire subang and empire damansara.... Now I just know there is empire city... But I think I'm again too lateeeeee
 since I read from page one dated Sept 2010 is like everything already sold out????Could there be any chance I still can get one?? Correct me if I'm wrong, the soho is the one 700+ square feet with high ceiling and a mezzanine floor... Can we actually live inside there? Or the rule is it can only be an office? Pls contact pm me regarding any details of this project..i'll b very happy... Is for my own staying as I have been renting room for 8 years ever since I came to kl  thx |

Share some progress photo for the Empire City... Finally able to tell where is the Halo/Sunday Block is. Wonder this is what floors already... Mine is on 37

Is it possible to sell my Studio unit at EmpireCity now? Is it really going to be complete by end of 2014? At first i thought is impossible... now that I see they start installing the glass, I am afraid the developer really will try to rush it to meet the date.
I have a unit there which I will like to let go, as I worry about my commitment next year as I have another property handover by August 2014. Any agents feel free to contact me... I will need some advice on how much I will lost or earn if I try to sell it now. I really wish I can hold it until the mall is completed.. but I think I will be pushing myself too hard. |

Shouldn't they VP Halo/Sunday by this month? Why I Haven't receive any letter from them... there will be penalty for late delivery right?

Finally receive my VP letter... Letter date 25/6/15, Today 12/7/15. Force us to settle everything within 14 days. WTF??
Want to ask ... there is an extra GST 6% charged on the final payment (5%) from the bank... shouldnt this GST be paid by the bank? not us? That's quite a lot of money there. |
