just change the LED screen , motherboard, and keyboard, tomorow gonna change the front hand rest area including mouse pad...voila like change whole m11x stuff...

why cant they just give a me a new notebook then..anyway i get the black LED screen not the lunar grey...arghhhh

Look like major parts replacement, what was the issue?

Anyone mind to tell me how to reformat m11x using the recovery partition? Hehe ... manually format i know but i want to back to factory setting with all those default driver 1st.

Btw, my laptop came with Alien Respawn.

Main reason: Update the nvidia driver 260.89 give me a lots of problem and now revert back making some of the games can only work in integrated graphic card even i white listed them, manually choose them play in Nvidia card also won't work.

So now just wanna format it and re-update those driver manually.

Use Alien Respawn to restore to factory default..

OR

You can try uninstalling the Nvidia drivers via Control Panel, then run DriverSweeper in Safe Mode.. and try to reinstall the one provided by Dell in normal mode..

Er, mine alien respawn seem only tells me to make a backup disk/ recovery usb only cause it's not full version.

anyone use backpack for M17x ? im not planing to sell M17x.

You should add another GTX260M on your M17x den

not really using for games, i have not test any game yet on this system.
but yeah the SSD is really fast, i had it compared with another M17x and M15x which running on 7200 RPM.
need some recommendation for backpack, notice this laptop is very heavy, not sure if normal 17" backpack can hold it.

Doc my sis messaged me last night, i am not sure whether it is m11x problem or not coz my m17x dint encounter this before. .

She installed a few FPS game but when the game starts in full view, the screen just hanged after a few moments, then it can't be shut down.

How does it happened huh ? Is it the same situation with TongCN, which force runs in integrated graphic instead of the Nvidia gpu even after white list ? AW Sifus please help
