Damn my Alien went into a coma, it couldn't start up, couldn't boot up the start menu!
In the I had to use the Dell DataSafe Local Backup and restored everything back to factory settings! Lost everything, have to install back one by one!!!  Some critical error cause by some windows driver  |

Oh Crap!!!
Now I can't even tell whether my Bluetooth is working or not? Wonder its the software problem or hardware problem? I can't seem to detect it using phones or other laptops! |

I installed Bluesoleil
Then found out it wasn't much of a help, so I uninstalled it Then I reinstalled the official driver from Dell, and it when bad after that Guess it was the Bluesoleil that caused it |

Just great, managed to get my bluetooth up and running after a system restore but now my external HDD isn't being recognized by my laptop!
Just when I just backup all my files in there, and another whole bunch of important stuff!  Its showed as a Disk Drives but not as a USB Mass Storage! Normally when you put a new device in there's a driver installation right? This time it doesn't, I even tried other USB devices and they just ran with no prob! Is there any other way to boot it back up?  |
