Ya, already did. But still not sure why Red Alert 3 Uprising cannot kick in Nvidia GPU after update the driver

If latest driver got problem, must use at least driver 258.96 for Optimus to work properly.

Also, A42JV owner with 335m updated with latest driver have no problem except 1 person. He think
his laptop got problem. Hopefully TongCN laptop is working properly.

Tried with other games like Starcraft 2, Bioshock 2, Just Cause 2, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 (<<-- Didn't even white list), Portal.
All seems no problem except Red Alert 3 Uprising

It was working fine when i was using 257.30 Driver. Now using 258.96 since 260.89 giving me headache.

Addon: the latest 260.89 WHQL problem was the new execution of NvXDSync.exe kept on crashing when i start a game. I think this thing still very buggy... Btw, the crashing only appear in the report under action center there, while gaming there won't be any problem. No crash during game or wad. Very smooth.

Oh, I never use 257.30 before. Me straight using 258.96 and playing Red Alert 3 Uprising is no problem.
I start RA3 Uprising by right click, then select Nvidia graphic card.

So are you still have problem with 258.96?

Yea, i also tried manually click on nvidia GPU, still same problem
Alt + tab out and check Nvidia GPU activity, it shows "NONE".
I played through steam which other games works fine.

With which driver? 258.96? Because it ran just fine on my laptop with RA Uprising. Hope you confirm

258.96 WHQL driver.
Just now set the Global from Auto Select to NVIDIA GPU and ran the Uprising. Finally kicked in and ran the game smoothly ...
Somehow need to force whole laptop to run Nvidia GPU =.=ll

But Optimus really works. Just that nVidia need to make a better driver.

257.30 was set to Integrated graphic that time as i dun wan the battery life to be so fast drained

Hope 265.xx driver works better ... with no bug..
And heard it fixes the punkbuster bug

probably 257.30 internal make in global...kakaka...eventhough u set it to integrated graphic...

anyway, latest driver fix some of the DirectX issue for newer card.

But your laptop cannot use. Probably you should understand why. I scared your laptop got problem

im running on 258.96 WHQL driver, no issue so far
