after received i start to do clean up to hd ,later on i just found out that i clean up my alienrespawn 2.0 as well.. so where should i do to reinstall to factory setting again?

Wanna ask that whether alienware laptop m11x, m15x or m17x, do they have a recovery partition which can be access from "repair my computer" after pressing F8 a.k.a. the entrance of Safe mode?
Like other dell laptop, they do practice this method so we can just Recover from there to factory setting.

Else can only be done by the Windows 7 Disc or backup of AlienRespawn ?

ya sure no problem..i think all the alienware got that partition.hmm..just gues ,leave this to all sifus here .

recovery for Alienware will be "Alien Respawn", Alienware M11x, M15x, M17x, will come with 1 original window DVD and resources dvd(driver is useless, which is outdated, uses for diagnose laptop only).
If u pandai pandai go and reformat ur system or repartition ur HDD< then Alienware respawn will be deleted, and next time if problem with ur system, manually window install is needed to be done ^^

Just went to disk management and saw there's a "RECOVERY" partition there. Which means i can just press F8 and Repair/reformat from there to factory setting, is it? And with this, my alienrespawn wont gone eh ?

For your Alienware laptops, do you remove / format the recovery partition, aka Alienware Respawn partition? So, you are saying that such recovery partition are useless for advanced computer users and removing it will free up hard disk space?

sigh... i should be happy cos i'd just ordered my m11x... but then i realized i had just been 'ripped off' by dell... how?

i ordered the i5 m11x which is priced at rm3999 - rm300 discount voucher = rm3699... so happy

then i realized, if u choose the i3, then upgrade to i5, 4gb and 500gb hdd, the price is rm3895 - rm300 discount voucher = rm3595. i'd wanted to upgrade to momentus xt, so i can actually choose the 320gb hdd (which isn't an option if u choose the i5 straightaway) which mean i can actually save rm200... already half the price of the momentus xt...

can i cancel the order? can anyone help me or give me advice?

faster call up the sales agent who handle ur case and ask her/him to cancel and tell him/her u would like to change to other spec.....

i notice it too last time when i'm ordering my m11x... customizing on the i5 option and the i3 option there will be a price difference of rm105... and i do think dell realize it...
