Has Dell stopped selling the Alienware Orion Backpack? It's not listed at their online store anymore. Only the Messenger version still available for sale. I soooo wanted to get the backpack!! WARGH!!

if its using same motherboard then you can purchase just the video card and either get dell tech to replace or replace your self.

dont misguide them. dig more info from them or internet before purchasing any parts. for eg. u need a new psu if u want to put in gtx480m, etc. dont just call n buy. they wont give a shit.

yeah of course, when you call, you better call to Tech Support and clarify before you purchase any parts.
ask them if using GTX480 need different motherboard or ac adapter, if its the same then i dont see any issue to upgrade.

AFAIK, benchmark shows GTX 460m peforms almost as well as HD5870m. Suspecting with better drivers, well.. it could outperform HD5870m.
