Just for everyone's info. Did not find it anywhere in this thread regarding this.

The 240W power brick for the Alienware M17x is RM281 order direct from Dell. The brick is not available online and you need to call dell on their hotline and ask for it.

Might be useful to some who wishes to have two power bricks. I did, one for the home and one for the office so I don't have to lug that big @ss brick biggrin.gif Now waiting delivery from Penang to my house. rclxms.gif

Pretty pissed at Dell at the moment.

After waiting for so long and finally getting my Alienware Orion Backpack from them, today i discovered that there's a tear at the left hand side strap of the bag. The bag is barely 10 days old!!

GRRR!!!!!

See the tear here:

This is the other side of the bag, all normal.

Ya, this is how i tear my bag as well, not dell fault

Well, I usually lift the bag with the centre handle onto the chair and wear the straps from the chair level. If you look closely, there's a funky haphazard stitching on the affected area. Might not be visible in the photo but obvious if inspecting the bag personally. It's like someone made a mistake stitching the strap into the bag and tried to cover up by putting lots of stitches on it. The right side is clean without the funky stitching.

And it's 10 DAYS old!
