all unit are at least 2200 sqft and above. If they build 1500sqft unit, there might be more affordable buyer.

I live in BU6. YES, they built then sell , looks like cash rich, BUT quality and workmanship sucks, a vacant new unit can banjir kaokao at the 3rd floor balcony and affect the second flor ceiling all black black moist moist!!...makes me think that dont have a BIG head then dont handle such a big project by cheapo material...

Even home buyer also want their property to appreciate though one may not have intention to flip...hehe
Anyway i feel if the developer is a reputable one, built and sell concept doesnt really work as they already built in the future pricing since chances of them abandoning the project is slim.

Build then sell, I believe occupancy rate is still very low especially so for block B and C.
Developer units still available and large billboard set up to promote this development. SHC built this condo for the very long run.

This project is doomed to fail lar. At least in the near term. For that kinda money, I can buy a gated and guarded semi-D. Why should i compromise on privacy? I mean the target market for these kinda living is usually mid-high ranking managers who has family. I don't suppose a 20-30 year old single person can actually afford this kinda unit, right. or at least not many can.

Price is from RM1.4mil now if i am not mistaken. Waiting for cheap sales many waiting to parang.

Just got back from the show house in 9 Bukit utama, Block B.

About 30% sold off todate which are the choice view, ie unit 1 & 2 and some high floor units of 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

Price from $550 per sq feet onwards starting from $1,387,100.00 for 2522 sq feet.

From 28 floor and below, two car parks are provided and from 29 floors onwards 3 carparks. For Penthouse, 6 carparks.

Unit 1 and 2, Golf course and PJ view.

Unit 3 and 5, pool view and Damansara mutiara view.

Unit 6 and 7, Club and kota Damansara view.

Unit 8 and 9, Golf course and tropicana/ shah alam view.

Unit 6 and 9, Master bedroom and 1st bedroom face west.

Unit 1 and 5, masterbedroon and 1st bedroom face east but facing Black A.

Since when Block B is launched? Unit 1/2, 8/9 not bad if facing golf/PJ/SA view.

launched already "BeVa".

Very good info woody1234. Believe buyers are mostly for own stay.
Facing west is definitely a big no. Avoid units with any direction facing west, it is too hot, you will need heavy tint and the aircon will need to work double effort to cool down the place.
