I was told by Eric Yong that the highway will start somewhere near 1U or TV3 Bandar Utama going through Kayu Ara then reaching somewhere near The Paradigm Kelana Jaya.

Based on Wikimapia, the route seems very clear and unblocked if it goes through the former Kampung Kayu Ara. And btw, Litrak is apparently building a new UNDERPASS TUNNEL at the TTDI-Bandar Utama Interchange (below the newly opened ramp). Anyone can confirm this??

Later I was told another Highway - the Guthrie-Damansara Expressway may also connect to this Damansara-PJ Highway.

LDP itself is planning to see several more ramps here n there. Actually I was thinking of the Jalan Damansara road from Glomac Damansara bypassing Tropicana City straight on to Five Stones SS2 and an overhead bridge over Rothmans (BAT/Sin Chew).

Gonna be super jammmmmmmmmm when construction starts.

Pls read: http://www.theedgeproperty.com/news-a-views/5090.html.

Not a good deal. Moreover, developer (SHC) reserved all the choice units e.g. Facing bu houses and klcc.
Last I heard, only 40% sold that's why they put up huge banners on the condo site, sales office and even ads in newspapers. Never seen SHC ads in papers before. They only do it to advertised '100% sold in a few hours' in the past.

Good location but wrong products. They should have built size in the range of 1000-1400 sqft. Some more >900 units with 2200 sqft.

Somehow a bit congested looking for a million dollar condo. Like a lancer but looks like an inspira. Money well spent?

totally agreed that they screwed up this project themselves. location was superb. they should have sub-divided the land into smaller parcels and planned for phased development differentiating each parcel.
they can't seriously be expecting 900+ millionaires to be 'cramped' together in 1 single development? look at mont' kiara, even though within same vicinity, sunrise have multiple products offering with individual 'styling'. that's what SHC should have done.
another big factor was the 70% LVR. it could not have had a worse possible timing to them.
but in the end, serves them right for deliveeing the absolute wrong product at the right location! tongue.gif

PS: anybody know what is brewing opposite this development? the shape is rather squarish but what puzzled me was the close proximity between the buildings. looks like bungalow with only <5 feet space between the units? rclxub.gif

the sales person said 80% of Block A sold. only the units facing west and the adjacent blocks left.
they will offer some discounts for those units.

Launching Block C this weekend. The other two blocks completely sold? Wonder what is their pricing going to be like for this new block launch.

I went to see the sales gallery a few weeks after it first launched. Sales lady kept telling me only few low-level units left. I just kept looking and said I was looking for high floor units only. Suddenly, she said that she suddenly remembered a high-floor unit might have become available, and she went away to confirm. Then she came back and offered me a high-unit facing the direction I wanted. laugh.gif

Just made me wonder if they really sold that many units, or they just say that to see if people would buy up the low-level units that are not so popular.

the road is not closed, just became one-way. biggrin.gif
bad thing about this road is that you wont know there is a jam inside until you are trapped and no way of escaping.

back to 9BU, i do see some lights at night..i believe these are units occupied by the owner himself.
this condo is not projecting the high class feel at all. looks eerie and depressing at night.
