Not sure, ya more then 10 years no strata, definately the subsales will be affected.
anyone know any insider story which BU 9 till now the strata title not out yet? strange case for such reputable developer - SHC?

Still no strata... Could be still have many unsold unit from developer.

Yes. The land beside BU9 is earmarked for condo also (opposite the entrance)

I'm interested. Heard they are planning it already, but not sure which stage.
Anyone know about it?

Prefer to stay new condo than buying a landed at BU and rebuild the whole unit although the price is about the same..
Better security mah.. BU terrace house not proper G&G.

Just checked last week, about 10+ units left from developer. But the condition wasnt that good as it's unoccupied for 7 years, all the partly furnished item are pretty old, stained, yellowish and have to be replaced before moving in. The island they provide comes with solid surface only and it's totally dark yellow now. The see hoy chan salesgirl said can be polish but I doubt that.
Kitchen cabinets are using melamine only, also very yellow.
6 airconds condition looks very old and yellowish too. Not sure whether it's working..
Buildin wardrobe in all 4 rooms are with some yellow patches here and there.. Definitely not using..
I would rather they sell unfurnished unit. Imagine how much I need to pay to remove everything before install new ones..

And the warranty is over, the developer selling as it is. They are not going to repair or touch up anything for you.
1.4m for such condition no way la..

If want to buy may consider secondhand unit, some renovate quite nice and still nice condition too.. Some of them selling at 1.45m+, it's like selling at their purchasing price after 7 years..
But if you really like to stay at BU location, probably worth it..

I looking at block A of this condo.. layout is big and it is just rm600 psf..seem cheap for the area.. anyone aware any concern or complaint for this condo? I plan to buy for own stay wif kids.. hope can hear real comment from anyone familiar wif the condo..thanks in advanced..

ya, high tension is abit eye sour & if possible choose those units facing Ikea or 1U.
i went to see the developer unit, they will renovate & sell plus the ID costs. some ID design not my cup of tea.

Can buy the bare unit but need to tare down alot, like the dry & wet kitchen are so ugly as it turns yellowise. probably need to spend another 200-300k so you can own a dream house with your ID design.

chk out the JMB a/c , no problem few M in the FD. So quality of the owner is there also their upkeep is good as they have many initiatives to beautify the condo. last i heard few months back thy will upgrade the look of all the lifts.

went to TTDI look at their condo but get nothing at 550-600psf.

it's matter of time for SHC to come back after uptown development is completed. maybe too late to catch 600. i think 650 to 700 should be reasonble for this area considering the size.
