Any idea when 8 Bukit Utama will be built?

The way to sell is launch the new project...jack it up to 700 psf. People will then rush to get 9 Bukit Utama

condo build with very bad workmanship, hard wood floor break into pieces after few month, washroom drainage problem, cracking wall, door lock having problem. Maintenance tried to fix urgent cases, bought Million ringgit condo, having YORK air-conditioning unit, fan motor problem, not cold.
file complaint, told air-conditioning contractor did have time to fis yet...

These is problem since day one, and these won't be stopped...

looks like medium end condo.. i mean it is a high dense medium end condo.. nothing like the high dense/end MK condos.

some units facing pelangi, so many problems some more. Subsale price flat for a few yrs..

That price is meant for medium end condo.

Occupancy as mentioned in the edge this week is 80% but I think it should be closer to 70%. Sub sale prices are contained as long as developer doesn't increase its price. Who wants to buy from sub sale when u get better packages and 1st hand from developer itself

One of my foot was already in...but pulled out finally due to the non squarish living room plus corridors are a bit dark leading to the units. Would prefer private lift lobbies
