There is some property talk at the Club yesterday. Did anyone go? Was to go there for a swim and then kepo but something came up last minute

I was there. Pretty good talk. Also, additional discounts for those that purchase that weekend.

Heard there is a roadhow end of this month in 1 Utama. Won't be as good discounts but there will be their usual roadshow discount. cool2.gif

They were giving RM10k about a year ago. Prices are roughly the same.

I can see that the occupancy is increasing...from my evening swim at The Club.

I know got one unit in Block A, purchased at 1.2mil, fully furnished for 300K, and sold at 1.3mil last month. Investor cut lost
