actually in aus and Nzl, all interior walls are chipboard de.......

one reason maybe because its super expensive to hire brick layers......I am just speculating.....

Malaysians got pampered big time lioa......

another 20-30 years when indo hard labours are too expensive...then we will know if brick laying still viable.

Then at least 3 years to clear.
Perhaps this is one of the very few developments with the left over stocks 5 years after VP.
Development already handovered to JMB and developer is renting the sales office at the site from jmb to sell the leftover.

When I visited their sales office, they were so reluctant to offer me any discount. Only RM10k discount for a >RM1mil property. End up I bought somewhere nearby that gives me better offer.

It's a chicken and egg thing. Giving more discounts will get angry reactions from existing owners as this will mean they need to sell at the discounted price in secondary market if they really need to sell.

What they can do is maybe give it a fresh coat of paint..then heavily promote the place.

Very good value for money, where can you find such low psf nowadays, but the building design was already dated before the building was built. The material also looked cheap, resulting in a low-cost look. Blends very well with Pelangi Damansara I'd say.

You are talking about the sub sales at Block A?
Developer only left Block B (25xx sf) and Block C (26xx sf), from RM1.4mil

It's quite the opposite. It's a nice place and definitely affordable if you don't mind the design. Facilities are good with two pools...jogging track and decent car park. There are quite a lot of cars entering and exiting and definitely not quiet.

The shoplots at the clubhouse are also fast turning into an education hub...

Greed is the keyword, want to take away investor portion of profit too by doing bts but too bad burn their own fingers.

Psychologically , a completed unit will leave people with no imagination of upside, of course people will want to wait and see. Coupled with big sized units and so many at one go , it was a perfect storm. Too bad they r so blinded by $$$ that they can't see it coming.

Price per SQ foot is just an indication IMO.
The absolute price is the key, with the average RM1.5mil price tag, the affordability is the key issues.
Not to mention this project is high density, three blocks with each block 40 floors. Some forumers make fun of this project. If a bomb exploded in the small piece of land @ 9BU, the number millionaires affected would be huge, probably breaking Guinness world record.
