using it now, can feel slight smoother acceleration.. but, of cos rm280 stuff we don expect very drastic difference..
*
Yup, smoother acceleration & gear change. Fuel consumption vise no significant finding yet.

Went to Subang & KL last week. See quite a number of M2 (& also other Mazda models) on the road despite my short trip there.

Guys, Found out that my M2 FC not bad after all.
Driving around 2K rpm at city can give u 550KM distance for a full tank. The pro is i can drive further but the cons is i am slow and 0-60km/h gives me around 10 seconds. hahhaah, Anyway that save me a lot from previous as i always had around 380km per full tank.

dear all zoomers =)
long time nv come in

just did coating for my bb M2 yesterday, looks pretty now =)

good good, hope to hear more feedback for the k&n filter . btw, anyone did ECU? can share a bit?

notice something on my M2, two of the passenger seats window frame (the black plastic thingy positioned vertically, height ~7"). from the passenger seat, can apparently notice it is very sticky (even sticks dusts, hence it is obvious)
anybody has the same issue? for better explanation, i'll try to snap some pictures and upload here >< happens for both of the rear windows

it's the over Drive button. Use it when you are on hill.
when you are in D mode, the max highest gear ratio is 3rd
S is 2nd and S2 is 1.

hehehe

Check the manual, there are speed limit to adhere when using it

you should have it checked at SC soonest possible.

Still having issue with my M2 HB. PJ SC still can not find any error with it. Keeps saying nothing is wrong with my car.
Driving style: Normal, daily usage.

Problems:
First few incidents: During slow traffic at federal highway
engine and battery indicators were both on for a while ( D mode momment) and sent to PJ service centre. They told me the battery bolts were loosen and tighten it up back. So should not be any problem after that.

2nd incident ( about 1 week later): At the traffic light.
Engine and battery indicators – on. Engine dies off suddenly, could not accelerate but have to restart the car. Masuk kilang for 2nd time. Again, they could not find the problem, they said my car is perfectly fine. So reset ECU and under observation for 6 hours.

3rd incident ( yesterday evening, also about 1 week from 2nd incident): slow traffic at kewajipan.
Was cruising at 10km/hour. Engine and battery light on, engine totally die off. Restart the car. Back to normal. The car was a bit jerking when the engine dies off.

Is is because of the petrol brand issue? I am using petronas ron 95.

Some Mazda forumer told me to check battery terminal whether does it not locked or tightened. Also to get my SC to check alternator condition ( exhaust condition especially Catalytic converters and Gear Box as well)

This time i'm going to glenmarie SC for checking. I seriously hope the problem will ends there once and forever! It really pissed me off

Hiya all I been read through from page 1 until the end....
were there still no solution regaridn the A/C issue
when I rev it will have some kind weird or burnin smell~
Gettin bored wif the smell everytime I rev the car~
so far my exp drive as slow as iCan it reach can't reach 400km ++ mostly it jusy scored 360-380KM.
been try few type of petrol, here my feedback, sorry imma not bashin any kind of petrol company out there~

Shell 95 : Most Fuel efficient among all of all,but pick up lil slow in comparison wif Caltex 95,
Mid and End Power is good enuf =) could reach 400 + lil km.
Shell 97 : Fuel goes like drinkin beer,iCould just reach 280+ to 300+km but is powerful for pick up,mid and end.

Caltex 95 : My Fayevourite.Had the power and pick up from start,Mid and End but fuel consumption lil high;300++km nearly 400km.
Caltex 97 : As goodin as Shell 97 as well, there goes my beer but iMuch more prefer Caltex 97 than Shell 97,it could reach 300++ wif my reving.

BHP 95 : Slow,no pick up here,underpower,but still consume high fuel 280++KM
BHP 97 : Slightly improvement, lil bit improvement compare wif the 95,the pick up,mid and end power just lil better,
fuel consumption somewhere around 300+KM

Esso 95 :Slightly better than BHP 95 the pick up,mid and end power lil powerful than BHP,iWonder??! Fuel efficiency lil better than BHP RON 95.
Esso 97: Better power and pick up in comparison with BHP the pick up mind and end,not very powerful..it just maintain somewhat neutral.

Sorry if IOffended anyone from my own personal review, thousand apologize.

Hi, So far after 1 year of my driving M2 sedan, and now reaching 40K mileage... the furthest i can go for full tank was 460km (80% highway 20% normal road) thats is when i drive according to speed limit. I had used different petrol, same goes with u, i think shell is the best in power n mileage (usually used ron95). I had used fully synthetic oil every service, n used gas (nitrogen is it??) for my tyres. Maybe thats why i can go further???
