QUOTE(squareballs @ Sep 11 2010, 11:04 AM) initially the front is pretty useless.. I agree what squareball said. I booked mine in early March, they agreed delivery by June, then postponed to End August. The so called 'sorry' gift was a recycle bag, cap and a plastic mug! And we have to add alarm by our own! Issshhh...like we pre book our car ..no alarm, etc.. empty car..now add on this and that.. Added on September 11, 2010, 11:06 aminitially the front is pretty useless.. like we pre book our car ..no alarm, etc.. empty car..now add on this and that.. |

For those who has not received their zoomzoom card, pls call tina/normala (HQ glenmarie) at their direct number 7627 8868.
The mgment there is messy, this 2 ladies keep putting me on hold, passing the line here and there, asking who am I, where am I calling from! No customer service attitude at all. Finally, after 10-15 mins on hold, Normala finally told me that she did not received my form! I have called my SA for clarification and he told me it could not be, as he had personally passed my form to them. The HQ must have misplaced my form. My SA will submit it again. |

just wondering, for Those HB owners, does your car remote keys come with 2 buttons or 3 buttons?
mine- first batch, with 2 buttons without 'open boot' button. how about squareballs (also first batch right?) |

Does anyone experience engine jerking during the traffic jam? Mine happened yesterday evening and this morning as well, the check engine light was on for a while ( engine ‘mati’ like that). Is it related to spark?
Then back to normal again. |

QUOTE(shlimmm @ Mar 17 2011, 04:40 PM) Still having issue with my M2 HB. PJ SC still can not find any error with it. Keeps saying nothing is wrong with my car. Driving style: Normal, daily usage. Problems: First few incidents: During slow traffic at federal highway engine and battery indicators were both on for a while ( D mode momment) and sent to PJ service centre. They told me the battery bolts were loosen and tighten it up back. So should not be any problem after that. 2nd incident ( about 1 week later): At the traffic light. Engine and battery indicators – on. Engine dies off suddenly, could not accelerate but have to restart the car. Masuk kilang for 2nd time. Again, they could not find the problem, they said my car is perfectly fine. So reset ECU and under observation for 6 hours. 3rd incident ( yesterday evening, also about 1 week from 2nd incident): slow traffic at kewajipan. Was cruising at 10km/hour. Engine and battery light on, engine totally die off. Restart the car. Back to normal. The car was a bit jerking when the engine dies off. Is is because of the petrol brand issue? I am using petronas ron 95. Some Mazda forumer told me to check battery terminal whether does it not locked or tightened. Also to get my SC to check alternator condition ( exhaust condition especially Catalytic converters and Gear Box as well) This time i'm going to glenmarie SC for checking. I seriously hope the problem will ends there once and forever! It really pissed me off Added on April 7, 2011, 12:08 pmDoes anyone has Mazda Japan and Mazda Malaysia HQ's email? my update on my car issue (8/4/11)
The manager has personally called me up today. I told them to come and collect my car from my office. According to him, this is first new case but 2nd. the first case happened in a different model !! Can you believe it? And the service advisor told me first time encountered such case. Just my luck. Added on April 8, 2011, 6:13 pm QUOTE(gahpadu @ Apr 7 2011, 03:50 PM) I don't trust Bermaz aftersale staff at all. I;m driving M3 for almost 2 yrs ( first batch) .Had complaint pedal vibration since week one . They keep saying that vibration is normal but only manage to work out something on it , only after I insist it. My car is back, again nothing is wrong with it. I am seeking help from my SA now. Hopefully, he could help me, else I have no choice but to bring it to tribunal court as well. My safety is more important. They keep changed the wrong part and right know , they ask me to wait for Japanese rep to come here to rectify my problem. Right now , they not entertain my email and even my call on their hp not been return. I will lodge a complaint to tuntutan tribunal and seeking an opinion on how to face my problem with them This post has been edited by bubs66: Apr 8 2011, 06:13 PM |
