I do live in BS. Damnsara, and yes i experienced same thing, power outage and no DSL at all..., for a whole day. Called service center two times, they only checked the line for me, what i see is they managed to did sumting with the phone line main box that manage my whole appartment line.

got back my line on 11 p.m wednesday,27th , stable till i typing this now,

so i assumed ur BTU should be O.K, just as mine, i think sumthing wrong with the phone line after outage, u should call them again, and mention that ur problem is because of power outage, ask them to check ur phone line and make sure there's connection running on it.

hope can make u feel better about the BTU & overall connection prob...

*Note : Reset ur Wi-Fi setting in ur device after everything back online, mine is refused to connect till i reset all wifi set up..

hi bro! thumbup.gif
thx for yr feedback! After 2 days of INACTION ( meaning no calls whatsoever from tmnut! i went to tmpoint kepong and was asked to call the unifi centre where i spoke again to some one.
I waited till sat morning, still no calls from anyone.
Anyway, i saw one of those tmnut installation vans and tried my luck and asked the 3 young guys if they could help me out with my problem. They agreed to do so after their install is finished.
They spent some hrs testing and making calls to some one in maintenance and finally managed to get my line back up!! As suspected, for some reason the dsl line was lost after the power outage before.
I paid the guys a token sum for their help ( which i think they deserve)
I wonder if tmnut will ever call me abt my complaint, now that its a moot point.
Sigh, Malaysia boleh unsure.gif ??

anyway, i m back online now so thats good.
But can anyone tell who to call to complain abt this issue or does any tmnut engineers even read this forum? sweat.gif

I also asked this since last week, seems nobody know yet the new pass set up by tm, as the default admin/admin is no longer working. I tried admintelecom, telecomadmin, telekom, etc, still no clue, the only thing i know is the username is admin, and the password is universal for the new owner of this ZTE. Anybody have fren in TM tehnician? Perhaps ask to spoil us the pass? =b

Siao la, not even let us manage our home networking management by ourself, if the provide good management, ok la. But they management is u know what lah...

whereabout u stay in kepong?? I stay around menjalara, the line is broken b4 this, expecially at night, after i "mock" and "Humiliate" the tmnut service center for abt 1 hrs and they can't answer any question and humiliation thrown by me, the line run fine ytd for the 1st time, no disconnection for the whole day and no such thing as "green light in internet access but no connection in real". but funny thing is they nvr call me anymore like what they did last week asking if the problem is fixed.

I am getting my Unifi installed this weekend. Just wanted to know if it is possible to connect internet connectivity to one room and tv connection to another. Reason is my tv is in a different room from my PC and I would like to connect to the Unifi TV stations too. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

The issue has been discussed a lot in this forum. Yes, you can use homeplug to connect from router to STB for TV.

not yet. i called their CS earlier today, date will be pushed until when, they aren't sure. but as always, they gave 'false' assurance that the service will be available by end of the year.

Said this before but no one noticed.

Remember previously we were told that VIP20 users will get the earlier premium channels for free? (BBC lifestyle, FTV HD, etc) This was even mentioned in their website.

TM changed their mind somehow, and now now it's the same basic channels for all. doh.gif

I just got a call and email for the account details and lots of stuff lol (lazy to read, the line isn't even installed yet!)

scheduled for 14th Nov installation.. hope all goes well.

sorry if this question has been asked, but when the cap does come, is the cap divided into days or its for the whole month? (meaning say 100GB divided in to 30 days cap)

Hey guys, I read the mail sent by them, its a bit weird, why are they asking for a copy of my passport or immigration card when I'm a Malaysian... and I've already gave the registration booth guy a copy of my IC.
