Problem solved. Apparently, linking directly from the TM router to the homeplug and using another homeplug to my pc does not work.

So, what I did was to link the TM router to my repeater and connect the homeplug from the repeater(not directly from the  TM router). Using this method, my pc that's connected via a homeplug in another room can get internet access. laugh.gif  rclxm9.gif

But, now there's not enough juice for the homeplug connected to IPTV. Hmm, one problem at a time! doh.gif  (can be avoided if I directly connect the IPTV with the TM router, but for the sake of cable management I just have to encounter this mind puzzle rclxub.gif )

Cheers.

is there some conspiracy going on, everyday when i switch on unifi during night time, it does connect and show green light but i cant access anything, i will have to call unifi center to complain and in 5 seconds, yes, 5 seconds the connection come alive again. are they blocking our connection or is there really server problem? i will terminate this stupid things if problem persist for 3weeks more and continue to use my rm66 streamyx lousy 512, at least it's stable even if it's slow like turtle. paying 149 for something that can't even work properly and wasting heaps of phone calls money, i rather say no.

hi bro!  thumbup.gif
thx for yr feedback! After 2 days of INACTION ( meaning no calls whatsoever from tmnut! i went to tmpoint kepong and was asked to call the unifi centre where i spoke again to some one.
I waited till sat morning, still no calls from anyone.
Anyway, i saw one of those tmnut installation vans and tried my luck and asked the 3 young guys if they could help me out with my problem. They agreed to do so after their install is finished.
They spent some hrs testing and making calls to some one in maintenance and finally managed to get my line back up!! As suspected, for some reason the dsl line was lost after the power outage before.
I paid the guys a token sum for their help ( which i think they deserve)
I wonder if tmnut will ever call me abt my complaint, now that its a moot point.
Sigh, Malaysia boleh  unsure.gif ??

anyway, i m back online now so thats good.
But can anyone tell who to call to complain abt this issue or does any tmnut engineers even read this forum? sweat.gif

whereabout u stay in kepong?? I stay around menjalara, the line is broken b4 this, expecially at night, after i "mock" and "Humiliate" the tmnut service center for abt 1 hrs and they can't answer any question and humiliation thrown by me, the line run fine ytd for the 1st time, no disconnection for the whole day and no such thing as "green light in internet access but no connection in real". but funny thing is they nvr call me anymore like what they did last week asking if the problem is fixed.

go to https://occ.unifi.my/HSBBCustomerPortal/HSB...erPortal.portal

and then manage your account or myUnifi to remove/change your IPTV subscriptions.

just a question, i'm not using the iptv service at all, so by default the myunifi setting doesn't cost any monthly charges unless i subscribe to a channel that need to be paid, am i right?
