hi to all the sifu s here!

I have a problem and hope some one can help me or direct me to the right people/ dept at tmNUT!
We had a power outage in bandar sri damansara apts on 27 oct and since then i have lost all net access.
I have made a report to tmnet unifi ( report no: 1-425817086) i wasted something like RM 20 or more on calls from my mobile coz my landline does not work! being voip thru unifi!
i have then made a visit to a tm point at kepong and was told to call unifi again, spoke to some one called Azida.
they said they will call me!!
so far NADA!
who do i see for further action? I NEED my net access for both work and personal use! HELP!

PS: my problem is that i have NO dsl activity at all, which i suspect means either the btu/vdsl is dead? or my phone line is down?

thx for yr feedback! After 2 days of INACTION ( meaning no calls whatsoever from tmnut! i went to tmpoint kepong and was asked to call the unifi centre where i spoke again to some one.
I waited till sat morning, still no calls from anyone.
Anyway, i saw one of those tmnut installation vans and tried my luck and asked the 3 young guys if they could help me out with my problem. They agreed to do so after their install is finished.
They spent some hrs testing and making calls to some one in maintenance and finally managed to get my line back up!! As suspected, for some reason the dsl line was lost after the power outage before.
I paid the guys a token sum for their help ( which i think they deserve)
I wonder if tmnut will ever call me abt my complaint, now that its a moot point.
Sigh, Malaysia boleh ??

anyway, i m back online now so thats good.
But can anyone tell who to call to complain abt this issue or does any tmnut engineers even read this forum?

i m in the sri damanasara area. anyway i finally got a call from tmnut today at 6.45 pm 1 i think it was a chinese guy , but i was busy and too pissed at the BAD service from tmnut, so i was a bit curt and rude.

Really tmnut have to lift their game! Please for all our sakes.

hmmmm , i had a dropout problem too a while ago! after a power blackout in bsd area, no net connection for 3-4 days!
Only managed to get connected after i got some tmnut tech guys to do a reboot of my port! i paid them out of my own pocket!
Tmnut did not even bother to call me after my repeated attempts to get something done.
Malaysia " boleh" , but tmnut TAK boleh?
