I received my assessment from the sepang council 2 weeks ago and i have been told to pay RM 441 or write a letter to speak to the pengarah.

Is this normal amount that needs to be paid for Sepang area? feel its very high

indeed high. as a comparison, the assessment rate for a 1205 sf 3 b/r unit in the Zest valued at >RM600k (under MPSJ) that fetches a slightly higher rental is only RM273 p.a.

There are a lot of Chinese food in Cyber nowadays even the bar restaurant Houston Grill also serve Chinese food with very affordable price. The businesses there need our support.

The condo i have a unit in Crescent 2, used to be managed by this B & C, who are the worst management company that i would not even wish my worse enemy to be under.

Good luck to owners with this company who will bleed you dry and deliver service as shitty as their boss is.

As mentioned before..for short term gain please do not turn the place to a rubbish dump. In 1 years time once the Mall and the Hotels are fully operational DPulze will be more happening than Shaftsburry.

I had offers of more than RM 2500 for my 2 bedroom apartment by many African, Middle eastern but i rather turn it down now than to give it to them and regret latter.

One of my other property in PJ was so badly trashed that i had to spend 10K to fix it up..the guy couldnt be found. Left the country.

Worst still if got police problem with drugs then the owners will also get into trouble.

Just to add on... i got my key about one month ago, to my surprise: ~
1. aircon not working at all @@
2. half of the light not working
3. kitchen cabitnet finishing damn bad...
the biggest problem, chase until today also not yet fix the above...

then today i found out that the balcony wall damn wet and find out pipe leaking in balcony @@... Maybe some of the owner might need to re-visit your unit to check on that as my friend also experience the same issue on the balcony due to this few days heavy rain...

apparently around 120 units are occupied now.....
