i might be wrong here, but unable to use at the same time does not equate to unable to be installed at the same time.. right?

Around 2.30pm, installation of 10mb but high noon Maxis called to inform that it's postpone to tomorrow (Maxis will around 10am tomorrow to confirm actual time). The reason for this is Maxis is ready but TMnet "Fong fei kei" to Maxis because TMnet could not finished their existing job on time. Hopefully it is not TMnet "sabo" Maxis because Maxis is giving a better offer to Fiber Internet now ... smile.gif

Any user from Kepong especially Taman Bukit Maluri area would like to share the experience in using Maxis Fibre? I just signed up and the promoter told me that the promotion will end on Saturday.

Oh, I actually just signed up TODAY, it's still not too late? and the RM118 is still available even though the technician only come for like 1 month later right?

And about the contract, if I move my house, is it consider terminating the contract? or just have to pay the installation fee again?

if u registered today then u are entitled to get rm118 price. it doesn't matter when the installer came, as long in the form u submitted is write the package that u signed..

oh and if u moved to new house, make sure u can provide the proof that u stay there, and they will check whether they can bring their service or not into your new house. and if u within the contract, and move to new house but they cannot bring the service, then u don't have to pay the penalty thumbup.gif

Oh thanks for clarifying. No worry about the coverage because if I move, probably is just to the next street haha.
I heard the technician charged my cousin around 400 bucks during the installation, any idea? I thought it was free?

It's hard for me not to think that TM "Unifi" held some responsibilities for the high ping issues lately, magically the issue fixed just about the time when the promotion almost end. tongue.gif Coincidence?

IIRC, the original price was about RM218 right? Maybe Maxis knew they lost quite a number of potential customer that's why they are extending the period of promotion and raised up the price a little to attract back their potentials.
