Just inform them you have call twice then your problem can't solve also. Then told them pass call to technician department. After that technician department will make a report & give you report number. Next time you just tell CS your report number only. Anythings you want to solve better direct to technician department.
this week i called them everyday
monday
- call due to WIFI thompson got problem, takes 15mins x3 to reach CS, then 30mins to diagnose problem
- technician came and change the router
tuesday
- call due to unable to register unlimited music because my phone number in JB is 10 digits..
10mins to reach CS, and 10mins talk to CS.. solution claimed take 3days.. but still havent recieved any solution
Wednesday
twice call
1st call
asking why bill came at my postbox as i only opted for email billing. i ask them to change for me, but they cant and ask me to do myself. *** but i cant see any account numbers related to the home fibre in maxis account website
i also ask them weather the 10digits can settle or not, they said already settle and appologised that they forget to inform.. they said can try now.. But later i test back, still cant register.. she kencing me like shit...
2nd call
inform them regarding speed.. take 15mins to reach CS. take 30mins to diagnosed..
mx - see and wait, maybe it just happen for 1day.. no report number was given
i ask them wether the one music register case was closed, CS answer they havent settle the issue and will call back if the issue settle at the respective department..
thursday
inform regarding the same thing. 10mins to reach CS. 30mins to diagnosed doing the same thing even get scold sommore by the CS... she then forward to technician. inform back history. take another 20mins..
will call back, but never tell me also yesterday.. never give me report number also.. shit la..
