QUOTE(krel89 @ Jun 28 2012, 11:08 PM) yeah.. it has contract... and if u terminate within the contract, the penalty is the remaining month * rm118. u should read t&c b4 subscribe.. Oh, I actually just signed up TODAY, it's still not too late? and the RM118 is still available even though the technician only come for like 1 month later right?unlike unifi that has 2 years contract but if terminate within the contract, they charged rm500 only~ And about the contract, if I move my house, is it consider terminating the contract? or just have to pay the installation fee again? QUOTE(krel89 @ Jun 28 2012, 11:58 PM) if u registered today then u are entitled to get rm118 price. it doesn't matter when the installer came, as long in the form u submitted is write the package that u signed.. Oh thanks for clarifying. No worry about the coverage because if I move, probably is just to the next street haha. oh and if u moved to new house, make sure u can provide the proof that u stay there, and they will check whether they can bring their service or not into your new house. and if u within the contract, and move to new house but they cannot bring the service, then u don't have to pay the penalty I heard the technician charged my cousin around 400 bucks during the installation, any idea? I thought it was free? |
