i am talking bout the possibility of the business setting in for the aurora place shop offices, not the sovo
and btw i invested in twin arkz not the sovo.

But too bad that time the lauching price was much higher than the surrounding so I didnt buy.

Now bit regret coz it most likely will turn out to be a super nice condo.

exsim is making a name for themselves as developing higher price properties than the rest?
just be different and slap a price premium
and the rest not so good one easily price it near exsim without doing much haha?

only the cinema attracts people there but after some years they slowly bring in better branded tenants
so they need to have the right concept
otherwise it will just be here and there and crowds not that many

Those are right below the Service Apartment block.
