there r some who would prefer less hectic area, mainly residential units nt directly near those commercial areas.

the distance from Aurora to Lrt station is twice the distance from oug Paradigm to lrt station based on straight line without going thru houses. question is will kesas allow paradigm to build a overhead bridge?

Serviced apartment definitely commercial lar. Condominium means residential. Since the mall below it the land definitely is commercial.

The 800+ psf talk above is about the Ho Hup Aurora Sovo without parking etc. The new malton/ho Hup residentials I'm sure everyone is eagerly waiting for launch. But indicative pricing of 1k psf is really going to be the landmark in this area.

i wont visit this bj mall for shopping as the travel time is nightmare.

true true. PV2 kinda too deep in from major highway. not easy access from other places.
puchong pipu also not easy to come over.

midvalley, ioi city mall just beside major highway. access is easy.

few midvalley experience staffs oledi jump katak to manage ioi city mall.
they already rang me up to present the retail lot. they said can open this year november. sibeh fast.

that's becoz alamanda is very very very very small with no competition nearby.

Puchong area lacked of a proper Shopping Mall. Hence, that is the immediate catchment.

On the Regional Trends, you'll be surprised to see Mid Market International Brands coming into Suburban Malls. Look at Thailand and Indonesia.
