sure will choose Aurora...for easily rental n subsale price will be higher...

dun think the commercial at Link 2 will doing well...even ong also will be very chap...cos is not manage by management company... mean while the golf view also will not permenant.... example golf club at Kajang now already convert to residence ---Tropicana Height.... tongue.gif

but surrounding area of twin arkz will become very congested during Sunday or event at Calvary church...

somemore...T.A too near to T-junction access road...many cars will drive through...

the more comfort for living i will choose KM 1 or Covillea... tongue.gif

bukit jalil more to family....so will be a lot of parents bring their small children go for shopping....so the LV, Gucci those kind of brand will not suitable at here..

if compared IOI city mall n Jalil City Mall....I will choose IOI...due to easy accessability ...

the catchment areas for IOI mall is bigger Jalil City Mall...

But again...management of the mall is very important to get high volumn of shoppers to come....

IOI City Mall will attrat more youngters.... different target..

of course bkt jalil location is better than putrajaya/cyberjaya (for now).... but putrajaya/cyberjaya got better propspect in future ....
