mine now doing 513x8 fsb stable @ 1.45v bios...but vdroop will get me around 1.376v only on load still trying to fully stablise the rams though... tweaking the NB.. but necessary to adjust the NB GTL oso onot ar?

erm i dont think the GTL will gv u much effect..but yeah it still help abit..but i didnt touch anythin for those features wanna try all at default..jus tweak the vcore n vdimm oni

erm...i dont know much bout GTL... but adjusting the Vtt n Vnb helped me to run stable compared to no tweak which will start failing in one hour time

i was using stock kingston ram 667mhz can OC until 810mhz with 3.10 mhz like that but when i change to ocz reaper ram goes until 2.5mhz only.. PM me if can help. thx

My E8400 is stable at 3960mhz at 1.264 on load.
I cannot hit 3980 mhz though... even though i up my voltages several times. What could be the problem? Prime returns rounding errors so I'm pretty sure it's the processor, cuz when my RAM cannot keep up, the pc just freezes instead of prime returning errors. Anyway, even though I unlink my RAM and run at stock settings also cannot push my proc further. Havent tried > 1.3 volts but if people can reach 4ghz on 1.26v why can't I? haha. Would raising NB help?

I could not get my rams to run stable at 1:1 at 880mhz untill i changed my NB to 1.26v.

i went to lyp today looking 4 9450. 2 no avail theres none sri comp stated in their pricelist dat 9450 price is RM1190 but hv 2 bundle whole pc set. i wonder wat is d price 4 9450 only......

You never asked for it? I think without bundling the price would be around RM1250.

Try to increase northbridge and cpu vtt voltage

i just wana have fun with it for a while and see if its a keeper... if not going back to e8400 with better cooling system... still loving the e8400 crazy OCability...

Mmmhhh. One core fails prime95 after 5 hours, while the other chuggs alone for 10 hours. (woke up from sleep and saw. lol)
