Anyone here can help me?

Juz wanna know is this setting ok for 24/7 use?

E8400 OCed with settings = 450X9 @ 1.375v vcore

just go ahead.... ive been running 1.387v 24/7 @ 500x8 with no sign of degradation after a retest in two weeks time smile.gif

woah thats a little on the high side for 45nm though.
but ah well, as long as you are within intel's reccomendation of 1.45V max

actually i did tried to run orthos on 1.46v bios on my previous p35-ds3 for few hours n when i did a recheck by orthos-ing on 4.0ghz again it uses less vcore for the same clock instead tongue.gif

no prove marr, it just a theory btw
if not mistaken, it only affected RAM(from my experience)

well, been running mine Q6600 for 1/2 year already with 1.522v
i dont think there is degration upon processor

degration often happens on 45nm procs... not on 65nm... 1.522v on 65nm procs is like 1.41v on 45nm procs...

How to know if your proc has gone thru degradation?Lower benchmark scores?
