1. from here your proc can go up to 3.5Ghz with proper setting
but this is sing OCable mobo, P45 chipset while your is G31 which is i believe its not for heavy OCer

2. your psu is not a true power which is not recommended for OC RiG. i suggest you to play safe, find a good true psu at least 400W.
example : Gigabyte powerock 390W (RM69) --> your system only use 5450 low end, no need to go higher watt PSU. most
important is the psu must be a true power, 80% efficiency and active PFC.

3. 25'C for a room without aircond is consider cold actually. how do you check your temp. what software you use

4. install 3rd part cooler for both gpu and cpu. CPU cooler can find any that suit your budget. CM hyper 212+ only
rm115, a very good cooler

41'C at idle and load or load only? list down your PC spec
mobo, proc, GC, psu, etc

okay .... my idle temp is 24 degree celsius when load at 32 degree celsius ..... and i just bought 600W psu .... and trying to overclock ...fail set at 410 fsb .... what happen ?

about the gpu , i wanna buy a new one ... can give me a suggestion ?

-Have fan cooling .... ( or passive cooling without fan )
-GPU clock ,memory clock ,shader clock is higher .. ( at least can run bf3 or modern warfare 3 on high resolution )
-can overclock better ...

i can't find any information about your psu, i think your psu is not a true psu one. how much you bought it.
true power psu is about rm300+ for 600W

ok when you increase the fsb until 400 above (proc clock 2.7ghz above) do you pump the vcore or not.. and the ram,
you can try to use lower divider so the ram will run at lower speed or you can try increase the ram voltage at highers
ram speed. let say 1.95 volt vdimm.

*i found something for you but this is E64 an E63. E63/64 OC
they oredy reach limit at 2.6 - 2.8Ghz. i think your's oredy reach the limit

for gpu, if you need a gc that have pcie power, at least try find 5750. 5670 doesn't need any pcie power.
you can try find at garage sale, look for used 5750/5770. good luck

Yeah I think my PSU is not running on true power ....

But as you can see on other websites , my cpu can reach on 3.4Ghz .... darn it .. i should bookmark the forum page for proof ..

your current mobo doesn't have vcore vdimm so its not a OCable mobo i can say

if you can go for i5, better find a better card. at least find GTX550 or AMD 6850.

im using Core duo E6600 with CM Hyper 212+
core 0 always stay at min 37c
core 1 can go until 29c

when using intel burn test both core can go to 65c, which is normal

so, why the core 0 always stay 37c?

i made oc cpu 2.7ghz to 3.2ghz.
but it not stable in gaming. stutter lag worst than my stock value.

my gpu/cpu temp is good.
cpu around : 50-55'c load
gpu around 55-60 when load (fan 40%)

how to make my OC more stable?

here is my questions.

1. does my RAM need to change to better frequency to 1333?seems my ram increase 960mhz from stock 800mhz.
2. should i make a voltage value in manual because usually i made it to auto before.
3. why some OC use a lower multiplier value?

man ..... i'm not good overclockers. .... but ur rig is awesome lol ...... sorry if i can't explain it to ya ...... they might pissed me off ....
