ok la well worth the wait if the GC is something
GTX 260m > GTX 460m isnt exactly too much of a big leap anyway

im expecting something along the line of a desktop 5870
am now using a desktop 5770, not too amused of it
so the 260m can still do some light gaming lah no prob

the main thing is dx 11 support, both cards can run dx9 games (iirc the 260m should be better at dx9 games) but the 460m is more future proof.

no, there's the higher core clock, lower power consumption and most importantly (to me) lower temperatures.

@looking4room, what's your idle/load i7 temperatures?

you can use programs like HWmonitor, Speedfan... erm... can't think of any else, i currently use hwmonitor...

Oh I do use HWMonitor but I don't know when do we go from idle to load.. do we have to use another program to make our computer go from idle to load?

Right now it's bout 59, 60, 61, 64 degree Celsius for core 0, 1, 2, 3.. im not using anything just steam (dling mass effect 2), media player classic playing a video, and firefox ofc. and some other programs.. haha.

Broadcom are mostly used by Dell. So it should be good enough. You didn't try to find intel around? maybe in Singapore?

It's refurbished model. I dont think it's worth it unless you know how to fix your laptop and where to get parts.
