i have 2 prepaid bb, one .66 and the other one .81 and .93.. i already make a report (to celcom) and take video comparison. ready to submit to mcmc.today celcom promise me to refund my RM18, but until now still dont get it.

btw, my postpaid get .80 .82 .87 .92 .94. even i subscribe weekly bb from my postpaid line, i'll those IP.

the only problem is, .66 IP. i think if all user with .66 IP make report complaint, maybe something will change.

guys, is the unlimited broadband in executive p250 really unlimited?

http://www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/plans/ce250_why.php

NO LIMIT at all? i can find the terms and conditions.. huhuhu
*
normally they said no limit, like digi smartplan, U68 also unlimited. Actually celcom still got FUP 5GB/month. After exceed that it will be 128k.
Unlimited mean no extra charges after that, you don't worry about the over quote use.
It means "UNLIMITED" usage, not unlimited speed.

this RM250 plan is A combination of 2000 minutes/SMS and Celcom Broadband Advance Plan. According to BB Advance plan, it's FUP 5GB
http://www.celcom.com.my/broadband/support_faq.php#fup
( #6 )

But some user said no capped after exceed 5GB, so good luck!

p/s: don't go for maxis mobile internet, after over quota, it will charge accordingly.

the good news is celcom upgrading the speed for 512k to 1.5mbps.. but sad news is for advanced package like me, i experienced unstable speed between 8pm to 12am.. it hard to hit even 1mbps at that time, other than that time.. speed always >2mbps.

I'm using Celcom Broadband Weekly RM18/week and my speed right now is also nearly 1.5 Mbps = 184 KBps.
And always, prepaid users who langgan for celcom and digi broadband tak da pun kena trottle.
Unlike Maxis (Hotlink) and U-Mobile prepaid internet users.

Dia suruh tukar la tu...ahaha.

BTW I got question:

I signed up for Celcom BB when they had that fair at LYP. I paid RM 50 deposit. After 4 days I returned the modem and terminated at Celcom Jalan Pahang.

Now the cheque has come for RM 90. Now I know the lot of you will say just take it la, but I have no intention of taking what doesn't belong to me. Should I give back the RM 40 to the dealer or straight to Celcom?
