The Sun mentioned that a new Jaya Jusco is planned in bukit jalil. Is it true? I tot it was just rumor?

Nice article about bukit jalil & of course ZR on "the sun" free newspaper today.

Ok, just called up and the price is starting from RM390/sqft. Facing Kesas and KL view will be additional RM15,000.
Shall visit the Mid Valley fair tomorrow to compared between ZR and Kiara2 for my final decision but Kiara2 seems more appeal to me at this moment. |

The selling price roughly will be 370 psf.. Grab while you can. Bloack D estimated will be 400 psf and up..
