It's a resident area, not commercial area.
Bought an unit there, but thinking of letting go in future because me and family is looking for privacy.
The existing of the kindi did not serve the purpose of G&G anymore. I forsee more problems will happen.
- Every year, new kids enroll. More outsider cars will lingering around that area if they allow parents car to go in. How do we ensure that they have kids in the kindi or just come in to look around that area? By verbal?
- Guards efficiency and security may be used most to guard the kindi safety due to many people come in and out. (so their load will be more to take care of our security but we all pay the same Amount of Maintenace Fee)
- TTDI Alam Impian's selling point is More Space, More Peace, More Privacy. With existing of this kindi, do u think it aligns with TTDI's selling point?
- Imagine if you are on leave or MC leave, or ur kids have not gone to school (afternoon school), you will hear the noisy sound coming from the kindi. Spira area is very small only. All will be effected.
- it's a drawback for serious home buyer who looking for a peaceful place to stay. The value of the house will not increase much. The first impression is not attractive with the yellow kindi as major landmark. (spira area is very small only). They will rather buy other phases cus inside facility not sharing with kindi and those area will not as busy as in spira.
- with more kindi's parents going in and out, the residence are paying the maintenace of the "intensively used" gates, the pole, the camera, park and almost everything.
In one word, Spira no need a kindergarten, they can be outside, not inside the G&G compound. The kindi will take advantage of what we have there, giving more trouble than provide service to our residence in spira.
Well, don't be too downcast! This kindi may not be there for infinity. Business come and go! If there is better facilities somewhere or the rental has gone up, they will have to move or the owner will take back the unit for own stay or sell it in future. Be patient! life is full of surprises!
