Added on March 16, 2011, 4:24 pmi was told min. price is rm550k for 22 x 80, may be rm520k for 20 x 80. whatever price they said on 23rd april will be the exact price.. it shows market bubble still not ended. IMHO investors/property player play the biggest role to push the market value and developer keep on testing the market. sigh....

however they can present the prices to KPKT and in the end the authority can approve or not the prices.

Don't be too upset. One month before viola launched, Ttdi people told us the price would be 480k up but it was 430k at launch time. I think they are playing psychology game with us. Now you expect the price to be 520k but when you see that actual price is 470k, then you feel like getting some discount and buy, buy,buy.
If 20x80 is still there, I don't think it will be more than 470k.
Anyway, if they launch it with 520k, then buy Spira subsale. One of my neighbor is selling 24x70 with just 560k!

as Naing said it is just psychological game by developer. for viola 20 x 80 if not mistaken around rm43x k. i don't think the price will go above rm500k for 3rd phase with same size. since it is uncompleted phase the most will go around rm460k may be...

i am guessing new launch 20 x 80 is min 460k. watch this space.

intermediate type C... corner lot till today haven't sold out yet. may be around 3 unit left with price >800k

hi .. tq for your info.. anyway, i dun think u are my right side (if facing main door) neighbor as no water connection outside all this while..probably the mark would be the same area if facing this prob.

i also heard about unity kitchen. most of their cust satisfied with the quality they gave..u can check their comments somewhere in this forum.. i think its worth to wait.. ..

i choose kian for my cabinets.. love their kind approach.. they visualize few designs with their super fast sketching and will come out with 3d design for u later...

i almost forgot to ask u guys about water pressure in spira specially at 2nd floor... for me, the pressure seems to be very poor... cant imagine that we got 3-4 washroom but cant use it at the same time.. i've asked them recently about this.. the only way is to install water pressure device ... anyone facing the same prob?

ada jugak org amik Kian. but i paid for the wardrobe and the kitchen for kian. hope they will do great they all look pretty decent to me.
