naing pls PM me your grill contractor. TQ

The company name is "Three Kim". The factory is in Kajang. I have been there and checked their factory before committing anything:). The contact person is Ivy and her phone no is 012-2149382. She is very nice lady. I have not seen my grill yet but I am happy with their service so far:) Ask jonaskhoo for their workmanship. Or wait till they come and stall them in my house and look at it. They will come to install my house this saturday.

Add RM 2.5 for powder coating and RM 1 for skirting.

narayan, as ive said early, the contractors campers are offering rm3100 for type A. for the whole house.

but dodgy, i insisted on telling me the price in RM/sq ft. they dowan. just give full price for my type of house. (the 1870sq ft BU house)

btw jonas, your house, the inside part, you put grill also? the small taman area inside the house.

Hi forumers...

Where is exact location of Alam Impian next phase ?

http://www.wikimapia.org/#lat=3.0349477&lo...29&z=16&l=0&m=b

Is it at the right side of Spira? Or at north side of Viola?
*
from the info i got it would be opposite Spira, and this 3rd phase will be launch on 23rd april if not mistaken. indicative price about rm550k for 22 x 80 type.

I think jonaskhoo add a lot of extra so he paid that much. If I am not mistaken, you could get RM 8-9 psf for white horizontal bar type and it would only cost you around RM 3000 for type A.

For comparison, my house has 550 sq-ft of windows and 230 sq-ft of doors and it would only cost me 6700 if I just do mild-steel horizontal rectangular hollow bar with white color. Of course if we add skirting and powder coating, then it become 9000:) So it depends on how you want it....

The location is good if the next launch is in front of Spira but it's too expensive if what you said is true for the price. It was just 490k for viola! And Viola will be ready by next year.

i was told by sales person from nazattdi, their are expecting 10% appreciation for every next launch. but this is normal practice for alam impian by I & P. luckily i got viola type C with below 500k price......No wonder b'coz construction material is obviously going up.

This is a fair price considering it is similar to the asking price of I&P and in line with my projection of 100% capital appreciation for Naza TTDI Alam Impian in 5-10 years time (hopefully earlier). rclxms.gif

Actually I didnt compare with the onsite contrator. but I did compare few for outside contrators. For that onsite contrator, I got asked them for the plaster ceiling price but they didnt give the actual price, just said everything they can do, price sure give reasonable 1..
so I not dare to ask them come to my house for measurement. Got 1 day, 1 of the guard came to my house told me that these people con people 1... haha not sure true or not.

When I asked about access card during VC, the guy said there would a boom gate but the decision has not been made for the manning the gate between the access card and manual control. Still not decided yet, I guess. I am gong to TTDI now to submit the permit to renovate and I will let you know more about it.

watermark at ceiling & timber slip, ugly touchup, and also lantai kosong due to uneven cement!!

Anyway, hope u can share ur quotation.. hehe

I suspect you are my next door neighbour ...I have water mark on the left side side (direction-if u come in from the main entrance), that means right side for you?

plaster ceiling still waiting for quote as I have other requirement.... also getting unity kitchen to quote but they seem so slow in getting back...

Got some quotes for wrought iron grille (I wanted the simple white one), the cheapest (mentioned they quote me the before CNY price) so far is:

Door: RM9 per sq ft
Window: RM7 per sq ft
Powder coating: add RM2.5 per sq ft
Galvanize (to cover top of courtyard): RM4.50 per sq ft
