QUOTE(~Curious~ @ Nov 16 2011, 12:19 AM) how do we differentiate water weight and fat weight??what could possibly cause water retention in a person that has a reduced salt intake and frequently eats mom's homecooked food? Do excuse me, but water weight and fat weight differential? I mean, why would you want to know this and how does water retention affect your life?

QUOTE(LeanSupp @ Nov 15 2011, 10:48 PM) definitely not 12%! around 18-24% would be good. If you want a body like Jamie Eason's then yes, 12%. Always aim for the best not the mediocre. This post has been edited by Folio: Nov 16 2011, 11:43 AM

Hard but not impossible. I do have a training gf training very hard for the past 6 months, from 25% to 13%. If that's what you want and you are determine enough. Yes, achievable. Depends on how much u want it. Completely strict diet, under 50g carb and 100g on cheat day, high protein.

Can this way works on my weight loss? My weight is 62kg and 148cm, its totally overweight but i dont eat a lot for a meal.

Well, frankly speaking you do not eat LESS to diet, you have to eat good and SMART. You can eat normal portion but take less fat/fried thingy, take more veges and fruits. And do not starve yourself. Eat 5 to 6 small portions of food each day, eat high protein, low carb and low fat food. :-)

QUOTE(LeanSupp @ Nov 18 2011, 09:10 PM) unless u mean kidney failure. || 'Water retention' in fitness circles usually means the gaining of water weight. You might gain a kilo or two. And not have the dry and ripped look. If we're talking about Edema where the problem might be leaky capillaries or higher histamine release caused by the body not digesting certain food properly, I feed that this is a condition better addressed in another thread rather than a weight loss thread.
