How they can say it is normal.

I think the person who worked as CSR at astro only said what already "written" @ prepared script to them by their manager maybe...
If what they say it is normal to all PVR users, then all of customers who are using PVR will also face that kind of problem! Gosh!

With the concurrent matches showing on both ESPN HD and ASSP HD right now, I can say that there is indeed a difference between the PQ of the two channels, with ASSP HD being the better one. It might not be much, but it's there. Same case with ESPN HD before and after the switch to the Singapore feed.

I knew that Singapore ESPN HD feed is lower before the switch of ESPN HD.

the studio layout of astro supersport 3 is quite dull..why is there a need for a big awful logo of the channel on the 'background wall'? and their panel of experts makes anyone fall to sleep too..

Someone told me that upgrade to Astro b.yond for RM20 only. No month charges of RM20. Just one time RM20. Please comfirm...

Right now both AXN HD and FX HD are free channel. Means all byond subscriber can watch it.

Especially to cater for who those with Beyond and take only Family Pack ! what I dont agree is u still pay RM20 for just 2 HD channels ? WTF !

hey, i found a good news from the ads on hallmark channel. Its said fox will asia premiere ncis season 7 starts tmr, mon-fri 9:50pm. Not only fox, star movies and fx hd also premiere 1st episode in this season on tmr only same time, and yes, this is the first fox asia series (ncis) in hd(fx hd) for byonders. Don't miss one nite only!

Can someone post me about the price of HD?

And i though FX HD going to air all episode of NCIS 7...

every month u need to pay that RM20

that mean RM20 x 12 month = RM240 per year

RM240 x 10 years = RM2400

Irregardless it is 2 channels, 8 channels or 80 channels. they still need to change the full set of dish, decoder, remote and smart card + hdmi cable. so i assume this RM20 is part of the equipment cost, but not good for us as a customer for long term.

just watch astro beyond for a year, than after astro still not offer attractive offer, so just terminate

That's why I change from normal Byond to PVR, if u change to Byond PVR, one year contract will be automatically end at the date of Byond PVR activation..., so, when I feel wanna see HD, I will subscribe it, If I don't feel wanna watch it, just cancel it anytime I want..... If I use Byond, I need to pay RM20 every months, and I cannot deactivate HD if I didn't use Byond for less than one year.... If deactivate HD on normal Byond, they also will take back byond decoder and replace it with normal decoder if i'm not mistaken....

Byond PVR just need to top-up RM10 every month.... and I can freely subscribe to HD (plus RM20) or not....
