the units right next to the park is going for rm 1.7m - 1.8 m but have to fight tomorrow to grab it!

the view only our eyes can enjoy, the house nice nice, more part of our body can enjoy

mah sing is targeting a more affluent crowd with only an enclave strictly for semi-d & bungalows.

Looks like Kinrara Residence is more value for money except it's leasehold only. Other than that, it beats BK flatdown.

Went to the site today. Progress really fast. Some unit almost completed brickwork first and second floor. Roof truss will be in soon. Anyone received progress claim ?

The Selangor State Goverment awarded this Research Forest for a term of 80 years beginning 1996 with the main purposes for education. research and extension related to forestry to UPM. Land size 1248 hectares. Hope this will help to prevent further skimmed. The next hotspot development will be at Sungai Buloh RRI by Glomac.

Understand I&P dropped their price to 1.8m. Guess their feedback from preview was bad.
Their superlink launch also not superhot like usual, people must be more hesitant to buy.

How is MS sales?

Sure lah, the surau/mosque is just right infront of the I & P Semi-D. How to sell well. What price would u consider ? Majority bought the 24 x 80.
I think still have units units available. Check it out........

Just loook around during last Saturday launch, a lot of people came...majority looking for the superlink. With their semi-d priced at RM 2.25mil (if I got money)..I think Skyville under IOI is a good buy..3 storey, built-up at 5,500 sq.ft., completed, on the higher ground. What a great about their semi-d is just their flooring..marble slab..Now they drop the price to RM1.8? is true...how hard their sales person to explain this...maybe over confident on their previous launch.

i think it is market forces at play, and arrogant developer
they are shoving the pple with same product, with little product diffentiation and up 20-30% price compared to last launch and expect others to bite

i think thier next launch sure got, GnG already, maybe a small startup by fencing the development

Otherwise, it would be the same
