Just loook around during last Saturday launch, a lot of people came...majority looking for the superlink. With their semi-d priced at RM 2.25mil (if I got money)..I think Skyville under IOI is a good buy..3 storey, built-up at 5,500 sq.ft., completed, on the higher ground. What a great about their semi-d is just their flooring..marble slab..Now they drop the price to RM1.8? is true...how hard their sales person to explain this...maybe over confident on their previous launch.Their superlink launch also not superhot like usual, people must be more hesitant to buy.
