kinara residence is really seeling too cheap with all the facilities within the enclave.

they lose out to i&p bandar kinrara because leasehold. else they beat bk flat down.

Can't say too cheap at this pricing. Unless you bought their expensive link house earlier.

so do you book one yourself?

i saw many people swiping their credit cards.

why i feel it's a good buy because the entire enclave is confirmed gated & guarded solely with semi-dees & bungalows only.

the previous laucnh of double-storey & 3-storey is outside of the g&g enclave!

they're even better than lakeedge puchong.

look at lakeedge, they can't sell initially!

I would call it really cheap (for this moment in time ) if selling around 900k.

As somebody mentioned, jewel subsale (freehold in kinrara) is selling around 1.4m.

Lake edge semi-d is expensive as well indeed.

Jewel...lao ya design lor..you need to renovate easily 300K to make it practical for living.

Didn't see the Jewel layout.
Also wouldn't buy since it was launched below 1m only 3 years ago.

Don't like the KR 3s layout too much either, master bedroom takes up all of the 2nd floor (top floor), too big and too hot.
