kinara residence is really seeling too cheap with all the facilities within the enclave.
they lose out to i&p bandar kinrara because leasehold. else they beat bk flat down. |

i saw many people swiping their credit cards.
why i feel it's a good buy because the entire enclave is confirmed gated & guarded solely with semi-dees & bungalows only. the previous laucnh of double-storey & 3-storey is outside of the g&g enclave!
