they're asking for rm50k earnest deposit. i'm still hoping mah sing can accept credit card.

what if they dun accept credit card then how?

Very high, bit of a problem if the banks won't give the required loan, for example 80% instead of 90%.

I think panel banks will normally solve that concern

sorry. correction. rm50k is for booking fees. you still need to pay remaining balance of the 10% upon signing s&p. if bank approves only 70% loan, then you need to fork out 30% cash.

tentiatively launching at rm1.3 mil. hence, be prepared for at least rm130k, if not rm390k.
