I oso think the same as zoomckng. Bandar Kinrara very good place to stay!! Buy fast if u wanna for stay.

i stay in Dsara PJ but i dont think so leh....

Actually a lot of developments in Puchong now, keep developing upwards until the Cyberjaya side. Puchong in my opinion is quite hot as many people are choosing to stay there. Amenities and location are decent, and its less noisy/jam than place like USJ or Dsara..

Personally, I always treat Bandar Kinrara and Puchong as two separated place. Puchong is way too busy for me, the complexity of the flyovers along LDP made me confuse. While Bandar Kinrara towards Bukit Jalil is straightforward. Again, it depends on individual.

well its the potential and growth of the area that is driving the value higher. meaning the area is coming up. how can we compare dsara, PJ with puchong? u make money bcos there is movement. if there is no movement, the growth is at a minimum.

even if you are young u can start to plan to own a house later, esp with knowledge how fast/tough the market is going to be.

anyway with LDP, u can connect puchong areas to PJ areas easily. another reason also why the growth is high.

Well Puchong is in the middle and unless they do some planning for the development it will only gets worse traffic wise

Passed by the site this morning, no progress. But saw the KR signboard along the entrance to Taman Damai Utama. Also, saw the sales office signboard been setup in one of the new shoplot. MS really fast in action, i think the sales will begin very soon.
