Got back from Sales gallery. Still buzzing with activity and interest. Units sold after 2 weeks approx less than 20%. Full of choices.

This location has no attraction. Ppl still comparing it with Tropica n Eco City, totally different league, lol. ZzzzzzZzzz... this development has bad feng shui same to the icon @ MK.

For this price I better go buy elements @ ampang. M-city made elements looks cheap. Mah Sing still canot fight SP or Tropicana la...

Mah sing still got TMS stigma. See this Icon City, early buyers surely *** them.. on elements vs mcity, i still remember mcity early buyer hentam me cukup2 on elements. I think many singaporean bought elements coz developer showcased this project during propertyguru show in Singapore several times. Elements is marketed by ERA in Singapore.

Impressed with the master plan of new accessibility thru LDP and the new ramps from Federal Highway via from Klang and via from KL. |

Concept is good, price is crazy, I dont like this project bcoz facing to bridge and super crowded highway, not very good for feng shui. And as I know, surrouding of this project is industrial park, not green enviorment as what they draw in picture
