I really feel like laughing when you compare BEFORE and AFTER pictures. it makes you wonder, doesn't it? Do you believe M-City will be as what they have shown us earlier? I doubt it seriously. Why? Coz you plant big2 trees in the middle and being blocked by sunlight, and so-called hanging gardens are not easy to maintain. Design is one thing. Practicality is another. But I still think M-City is good investment. Proposed LRT also just walking distance. Only the design I really2 doubt. laugh.gif

Lease until 2074 yet selling so expensive and current design is not as per initial design. no wonder people call them TMS

Even at rm830psf is sexpensive la bro at that location. I doubt rental could cover ur installment. If in kl city centre then have higher chance. Since rental a bit susah, ur subsales also i think will be goyang coz this is high rise.

Imagine if they reverse the sequence  meaning they build  hotel and mall first, what do u think is the asking price for residences unit? Sure sky high bro! At least this leaves us some  room for cap appreciation  before the hotel and mall completes.
Not to forget, they will have dedicated ramp, to and from Federal Highway.
Of coz, if the scew up, habis la but as this is their flagship development, I think they die die also must make it successful.

Yeah true. Mah sing still got TMS stigma. See this Icon City, early buyers surely *** them.. on elements vs mcity, i still remember mcity early buyer hentam me cukup2 on elements. Now u can see which sales volume is higher. Some people talk like expert but really dunno wtf they r doing.
