Booking 8K, sPA in 14days for 5% discount. Comes with 1 cp for 2 bedder, 2 CP for 3 bedder. Additional cp at 40K.

Not really additional. The balance 5% u minus ur upfront 8K. This balance is upon Spa.

I found out that Icon Residenz Tower 1 is semi furnished while Tower 2 aka Creative Tower is unfurnished thus the price difference!

No wonder, or else mah sing will be selling later phases cheaper than earlier.

Looks like developer also have to find ways to reduce price as high end condo market sales slow down

icic... so is this a good buy then since its the last of the residential units and cheaper? i like the whole concept of this development.

any updates of the sales so far ? i plan to go check it out later.

I wonder how MS proof that they are renewing the leasehold to another 99years from VP of first phase. All their sale material states expiry in 2074. That's 60 years to go only. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Mah Sing said they will give you letter of undertaking, renewing back the lease to 99 years. What's is tai kors opinion? Can trust ah.
Otherwise balance 60years very risky leh.

I think when Mah Sing launch their first tower they price it at 1k psf. This 2nd tower price is only 850psf. Difference is that 1st tower come with semi furnish and 2nd tower is bare unit.
Even if u factor in furnishing, mah sing has actually reduce their selling price for 2nd tower.
Wonder what will be the reaction of 1st tower owner?
At 850psf I feel the price now is more reasonable comparing development surronding. Even tropicana garden also price more than 1k psf. Do u think it is worthwhile to consider now?
