C'mon guys... there're so many cranes on site.
And if you look over the site... there's construction inside ONE BIG HOLE in there. The basement progress is pretty fast! Developer launching New Tower soon - Icon Residenz Creative Tower (Tower 2). |

Compared with other Mah Sing projects, the speed of launch of Icon City seems to be slower...

The location look good, but i think is pretty pricey..not sure about other opinion, if i buy it for rental purposes, i guess it doesn't give me good rental to cover the monthly payment |

I reserved 1 unit 675sqf@577K aft 5%. Absolute price is still ok. PSqf is a bit high. Potential of this IMHO is good due to its mixed development with final Masterplan completion due 2019.
